1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the PhilBet website located at philbet.app or the PhilBet mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the PhilBet Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on PhilBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a PhilBet employee or affiliated company.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by PhilBet or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

PhilBet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the PhilBet Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

The following conditions apply to your PhilBet account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active PhilBet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. PhilBet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. PhilBet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance.

PhilBet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the PhilBet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• PhilBet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• PhilBet does not accept deposits made using credit cards issued by Philippine banks where such transactions are restricted by the issuing bank or applicable regulation.
• PhilBet is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. PhilBet reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified method where necessary.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts, subject to the processing times of the receiving payment provider.
• PhilBet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional information is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

PhilBet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• PhilBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, PhilBet will provide reasonable notice before making material changes to the associated terms.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct deemed by PhilBet to constitute bonus abuse, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the PhilBet Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by PhilBet, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where PhilBet expressly provides a cash-out or bet-editing feature for the relevant market.
• PhilBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or, in the case of live casino games, the recorded game outcome, shall be final and binding.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed prior to bet placement. PhilBet reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the Platform's in-play betting rules. PhilBet reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, PhilBet will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its technical failure policy. Affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PhilBet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to PhilBet immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward PhilBet staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

8 Responsible Gaming

PhilBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all PhilBet account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions, provided that PhilBet takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

PhilBet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PhilBet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude PhilBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy

PhilBet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. 12 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the PhilBet Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the PhilBet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PhilBet operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines and regulations. Where a dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, PhilBet will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.
